Weekend Arts and Crafts!

I think Sunday afternoons we are going to dedicate to making some kind of craft project together as a family. I bought a couple little birdhouses, some paint on sale, and a couple sheets of scrapbook paper for my bird house. The babies ended up completely covered in paint (but delighted!) and I'm quite proud of my birdhouse! My goal was to make something "upscale" looking to nestle within the branches of my new hydrangea bush. It was an adventure and a half getting that hydrangea, but I can't even begin to express how excited I am to actually own it! It is going to go in the back corner where the dogs tromp, but since it's a woody bush, I think they will leave it alone for the most part. I think. I hope...
