Who needs a New Years Resolution when you can begin any day of the year?

Breakfast:
Starbucks Carmel Macciato (venti) - 240 cal. 1g fat
Mozzarella Bagel - 340 cal. 9g fat (ouch!)

Lunch:
1/2 Chicken Parm sandwich - no clue... but since it had cheese on it, I'll say 300 cal. 5g fat
20oz Orange Crush - 325 cal. 0g fat

Dinner:
2 Del Taco Tacos - 300 cal. 12g fat
Caffeine free Coke - 140 cal. 0g fat

And the grand total of day 1 tracking caloric intake?
1645 cal. 27g fat

Starting weight?
170lbs

Wow... I must have missed something... that's not too shabby! And as I'm still nursing, thats 500 cal. I can knock off just for feeding my child! Nice!
